We had Giovanni as our guide and he had to run a bilingual tour, never leaving each opposite countryman feel isolated. Giovanni was a gentleman, asking, before giving my good lady, a flower. He was interesting and clear. Giovanni even bought us wine to celebrate my birthday.
The service didn’t end there though, and this is what makes these guys special….
Etna decided to give us a show in the evening and the company called the Mrs and Giovanni called me to tell us to try and view it at night.

The pick up and drop off was seamless and the tour itself was fantastic. Our guide, Giovanni, was very friendly and knowledgeable about Etna and the surroundings. The view points were breathtaking! Giovanni even bought my boyfriend a glass of wine to celebrate his 50th birthday when we had our local produce tasting. Later that evening, we were even contacted to be notified that Etna was erupting so that we could find a viewpoint to watch it. What a service. Thank you! read less

Special trip Great trip full of lots of information and a few treats along the way. Very special to be up close to an active volcano. Giuseppe was a great guide!

Etna morning tour 2500m We took a tour as a group of four. This was amazing! We even saw a mini-eruption. The guide was nice and knowledgeable.
Very good communication and perfect organization.

Monica, our guide, presented many facts about the volcano with such emotion that I believe her love for Etna has rubbed off on me. Maybe that’s why I wasn’t in a bad mood when the next day the whole city, including us, was covered with black ash.

The tour has included a visit to a local winery (Murgo) where we had the opportunity to taste their wines and local antipasti.

We spent almost 7 hours on that tour but it passed in the blink of an eye. read less

Amazing Francesco was amazing. We had such an amazing time. We learned so much about the history/formation/and activity of Etna. We felt safe the whole time and even got to see etna erupt! What a sight 🤩

Ludovico organised a sunset tour to Etna very quickly, the communication with him was very easy and useful. He also shared a really useful map with us.
Our tourguide Giuseppe was the best tourguide ever! He stold us interesting facts and stories about Etna. Furthermore, we were able to do a little cave-in, wine and honey tasting. We took different stops and by every stop we could see new wonderful parts of Etna and the surroundings and hear fun facts also.
Giuseppe has a really good sense of humour and he was really kind and. It was an enjoyable tour while we could explore and learn new things.
It was clearly the best day during our Southern-Italian holiday.

The tour is easy; it can be done also with small children and older people, but the guide took us in some places that not everyone visits and told us a lot of details about Etna, last eruptions, types of lava, caves, plants.
